Constructed in the early 1900’s, the adjacent connected two-storey atrium building is a historic public space that gets its name from the natural sunlight flowing in through grand arched windows and three large rectangular skylights. Beautifully furnished with flora, tables with seating, and lively contemporary finishes. Windows at the solarium are original wood-framed and the floors are both polished hardwood and unfinished concrete. The solarium south wall consists of painted brick and the north wall is concrete.
The solarium is currently the home of the newly curated 55 SECOND ST.ART public art gallery. This has been done in conjunction with ArtLifting, an organization which curates art from local artists living with homelessness and disabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. The art displayed is available for purchase at https://www.artlifting.com/.
The Solarium is also available for private parties, after 6pm during the week and all day Saturday and Sunday. It has been host to wedding, banquets, speaking engagments, large gatherings and many other private events. Please contact us for rates, recommended caterers and questions at 415.777.5520 ext. 2.
55 Second is proud to announce the newest amenity - Free Solarium Wi-Fi.

We are excited to announce that we have converted to a new system for our valet services called Flash Valet. You will now be able to request your car via text message before making your way to the garage, just text the number on your ticket to (628) 600-1753 for daily parkers. For monthly parkers, text (628) 600-1753 with the number on your monthly sticker barcode. You will then receive a text message generated by Flash Valet to let you know when your car is ready to be picked up! In additon to these exciting new features, you will now have the option to pay using a major credit card or with PayPal through your mobile device. Please enjoy the convenience that our new system provides!
The 55 Second Parking Garage is located just off Mission street at the intersection of Jessie and Anthony Streets. The best route to access the garage is to head southwest on Mission and turn right onto Anthony Street. Please note that Jesse Street is a One Way street going towards 1st Street. Mission Street has double yellow lines making a left turn onto Anthony Street unavailable.
The valet garage is two-levels with a capacity for 120 vehicles. There are 5 ADA compliant spaces,

To use the laundry lockers simply follow the steps below.
- Drop off - Place your laundry with a completed New Order Form ( See below) in any unlocked locker. Enter any 4-digit code to lock the locker
- Order - Place an order via the Laundry Locker Android app or Iphone app or the Laundry Locker Website (https://myaccount.laundrylocker.com/login). Select your address and locker number.
- Pick up - When your order is ready to be picked up, Laundry Locker will send you a notification via the app, SMS or email. Laundry Locker will send you the locker number and code to open the locker and retrieve your clean order. Enjoy!

55 Second Street is proud to provide battery recycling services. To schedule a battery pick up, please submit a work order through the Tenant Aware Portal with the date of pickup and tentative quanitity of batteries.
55 Second Street is excited to anounce the installation of 4 new electric vehicle charging stations. These stations of free of charge for tenants/visitors parking in the 55 Second Street Parking Garage.
55 Second Street also provides 4 Tesla charging stations.

Hines 55 Second Street is proud to offer a Distributed Antenna System throughout the building. A Distributed Antenna System(DAS) is a signal system that has multiple antennas in a vicinity as opposed to just one antenna which aids to boost signal service in commercial office buildings. With this system active, wireless connection and cell signal should be stronger and more reliable anywhere in the building.
